Even though the summer is only halfway over people are already planning to go back to school. We have had a ton of requests for a women's self defense class before the school year starts. We are going to make it happen!
Saturday August 6th 9am-10:30am @ Gracie Barra O'Fallon we will be hosting a free women's self defense class. Space will be limited so register early!
It is open to girls ages 13 and up. Participants should wear comfortable work out clothing. Also, participants under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign them into the class.
The class will cover:
- Basic striking. How to hit and not get hurt.
- How to escape a wrist grab
- Dealing with an attack from behind
- What to do when you are pinned on the ground
- Situational self defense
- Q&A session for specific questions
