AGF Kansas City BJJ Tournament April 23rd

Hello parents and students,

UPDATE: Gracie Barra won the 2016 AGF Kansas City Open ! We amassed 554 points more than doubling the nearest competitor, great job team! We Took 1st place in 3 out of 4 divisions (2nd in the other) winning the over all team trophy!

 On April 23rd we will be going to compete in the AGF Kansas City Open. This is the first big tournament of the year for us. If you or your child is interested in being a part of the competition team, please speak with professor Mike or one of the coaches to make sure you or your child is ready.

We are asking all competitors to dedicate at least four days per week to train in preparation for the competition. The coaches and professors will speak with you about what classes will be best for you or your child to properly prepare for the competition.

We will be adding competition training classes on Saturdays from now until the weekend of the tournament.

Saturday April 2nd

Kids competition Training 10-11am @  GB O’Fallon and West County.

Adult and Teen competition training 12-2pm @ GB O’Fallon and West County

Saturday April 9th (All competitors go to West County)

Kids competition Training 10-11am @  GB West County.

Adult and Teen competition training 12-2pm @ GB West County.

Saturday April 16th (All competitors go to O’Fallon)

Kids competition Training 10-11am @  GB O’Fallon.

Adult and Teen competition training 12-2pm @ GB O’Fallon.

REGARDLESS OF YOUR SCHOOL (WEST COUNTY OR O’FALLON) UNDER ACADEMY SELECT LIST, ENTER AS “GRACIE BARRA (ST LOUIS)”

We will have a signup sheet at the school so that the instructors know who is going. Please put you or your child's name on that list as well.

Be sure to wear your Red 2016 GB Comp team shirt on tournament day!
